The name St. Patrice dates back to the 18th century, to Jean De Power, ambassador of Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines in Ireland. Clos St. Patrice was even recognized as the best vineyard in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the 1838 Vaucluse directory. This 1.8-hectare monopole is located in the heart of the village, in the St. Patrice area, and boasts a breathtaking view of the famous château that has overlooked Châteauneuf-du-Pape for over 800 years. The plots of Domaine St. Patrice produce wines of exceptional quality, both through their origins and the meticulous work of our team. Our wines showcase the very best that the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation has to offer: finesse, balance, power, and minerality.
